This occurs when the data type has changed for an attribute on the form being submitted and transactions are trying to be processed with the old data type.

Make sure to select the correct Data Type in The Raiser's Edge:

  1.  Click on Config > Attributes.
  2.  Find the attributes being processed through this record in the plugin.
  3.  Change the Data Type to the correct Data Type.
  4.  Process the transaction through the NetCommunity plugin.

After successfully processing the transactions, you can now change the Data Type back to the previous type if desired.

Note: Be sure to process all transactions in the plugin before making any changes to the code tables in The Raiser's Edge to prevent this problem.
