To create Batch categories:
  1. Go to Batch
  2. Select Organize Categories from the menu bar 
  3. In the Organize Categories window, select the option to Create, Rename, or Delete (as applicable)

To organize Batch categories (change the order that they appear):
  1. In the Organize Categories window, highlight a category that needs to be moved
  2. Use the arrows in the upper right-hand corner of the Organize Categories window to move the category up or down as necessary

To add batches to the appropriate categories:
  • Highlight one batch at a time and drag it to the appropriate category
  • OR, open an existing batch and go to Tools > Edit Batch Setup and select the appropriate category from the Batch Category drop-down menu
  • OR, when creating a new batch, select the appropriate category from the Batch Category drop-down menu
