If offline transactions are missing from the report check the Interaction Mode (online/offline configuration) of the form. Personal Fundraising allows the user to enter offline transactions regardless of the online/offline setting. However, offline transactions will not appear for online only donation forms.
  1. Browse to Donation Management > All Donation Forms
  2. Find and edit the form in question
  3. Go to Step 1. Identify Donation Form
  4. Review Item 5. Interaction Mode
  5. Select online/offline
