For security purposes, support does not have the authority to initiate password resets for client admins. If the password for an admin needs to be reset, then try contacting a fellow administrator within the organization.  They can follow these steps to reset another administrator's password in Luminate Online.

If you are the only administrator, support can reset the password with the approval of your Account Manager. Please contact your Account Manager and have them enter a case on your behalf requesting support to initiate the reset.
