Create a query and download the results to get a list of all active users on the site.
  1. Login as an administrator to the site.
  2. Navigate to Data Management | Query.
  3. Click Create a new Query.
  4. Fill in the required information and click Save.
  5. In the Query Details screen, select "System" as the Field Type, "Active Status" as the Field, and click Add Field Clause.
  6. In the Advanced Query Editor, select Active from the second drop-down list.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Save Query.
  9. Click Run Query.
  10. Click Refresh to see the results.
  11. Once the results are displayed, click Use Query.
  12. Select Create a Mail-Merge list
  13. Click Go.
  14. In the Mail Merges screen, fill in the required information and select the fields you want to download.
  15. Click Next Step.
  16. Click Confirm.
  17. Click Refresh to see the results.
  18. Once the results are displayed, click Download (blue disk icon).
  19. Follow the prompts to download the file.
