Recognition process adds multiple records per constituent for each recognition level achieved and creates null expiration dates for EFT transactions

BBEC allows users to create constituent recognition based upon the amount a constituent contributes to specific designations during a set period of time. By running the Recognition Process, BBEC adds recognition credits and expiration dates to a constituent's Revenue and recognition tab on the constituent record. However, some users have experienced the following scenario.

When the Recognition Process is run, revenue received via recurring EFT transactions triggers triplicate recognition levels to be posted to the constituent's Revenue and recognition tab. In addition, the recognition levels created from these EFT transactions have a NULL expiration date when the recognition program is set up for an expiration on a set date.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
