In Blackbaud Sphere a supporter has a failed transaction on their Contact Record. However, their bank appears to have processed their transaction.
When a transaction fails in Blackbaud Sphere there can be a temporary hold put on the credit card of the supporter trying to make a donation or register. This hold will only appear for usually 3-7 business days, depending on when the issuing bank on the credit card removes it from the supporter's record. In some instances the issuing bank will see this as a confirmed charge, however, it is a hold and will drop off.
If more than 7 business days have passed since the attempted transaction and the charge is showing as Processed, please chat with Support. In order to investigate further, Support will need a copy of the bank statement which shows the processed transaction.
