Valid Finder Number isn't recognized the first time it's entered in an Enhanced Revenue Batch

When a marketing effort is created, each constituent who is part of the effort is assigned a unique finder number.  These finder numbers are entered in revenue batches in order to identify the associated constituent and auto-populated their information.  However, in some situations when entering valid finder numbers for the first time, they do not auto-populate constituent information.  If the same finder number is entered a second time however, the constituent will auto-populate correctly.
