Error: The current user does not have rights to use this form - when attempting to edit a Constituent Update Batch

The user is unable to edit a Constituent Update Batch in ClickOnce but can in WebShell. There appear to be 2 different forms, 1 for web & another for win.

As we transition to a full webshell a lot of components have to be re-written and sometimes are not fully compatible with both platforms, this unfortunately leads to a small amount of overlap. As a result this will not be fixed but the SmartClient will eventually be phased out in favour of the webshell.

Workaround:

Add the feature permission 'Constituent Data Standardization Settings View Form' to the user (either into a role or create a new role).

The user can now edit the constituent update batch in winshell.
