Navigation menus missing in Sphere

When logging in to Blackbaud Sphere a User finds that the top navigation menus, such as Control, Contacts, Communities, are missing.

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser.  You can find how to do this in your specific browser here:

http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html

Clearing the cache in your browser will allow the menus to draw into the page.  Close the browser completely after clearing the cache.
