In Marketing and Communications > Configuration, users can add new letter templates in the Letter Template Library. These templates can include a type (Acknowledgement, Correspondence, etc.) and a Word merge document so that the letters can be generated and mailed.
When correspondence letters are created in the Library, however, they are not available to be selected when adding a new correspondence process in the Manage Correspondence area. Users are able to browse and select a Word merge document from their machine, but cannot choose an existing template from the Library.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
