Users may experience the following error when running a custom report: Error: Disk or network error.
1. Open the export and click the "export now" button. 2. Save the data to the .MDB file. 3. Click the Save and Close button on the export. 4. Open the report in Crystal Reports. 5. Go to Database > Set Datasource Location. 6. Verify that the report is pointing to the correct export file. If it is not using the correct export file, update the location.
