1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Click Email, Messages
  3. Click the Report for the Email message with the bounces
  4. Click Recipients
  5. Filter on Bounced
  6. Click on the detailed bounce information icon located in the Action Field to the left of one of the Comcast email addresses
  7. Make note of the detailed bounce message
  8. Contact NetCommunity Support, note this Knowledgebase Solution and note the exact bounce message
