Appeal performance report does not load when selecting specific appeals

When running the Appeal performance report, users can select to to run the report for any given appeal.  However, when selecting certain appeals, the report runs indefinitely and does not complete.  It runs successfully with other appeals. 


Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
