Error: Batch could not be loaded. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding - when navigating through a large batch

When attempting to navigate through a large batch, users receive one of the below errors:

WebShell: Batch could not be loaded.  Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

ClickOnce: Unable to successfully fetch batch rows.  Error:  Batch could not be loaded.  Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
