PDF icon beside my donation has disappeared

Registered user can view the PDF icon and download eReceipt through the giving history; however as soon as the donation transaction has been committed in CRM, the PDF icon disappears from the Transaction manager (Giving History) part.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
