After installing the RP Import Tool and/or RE Export Wizard, a user may receive the error “Class not supported” when trying to log in.
Answer: This error indicates that the user who installed the tool does not have Admin Rights on the workstation. Admin rights are needed for the necessary DLLs to install properly.
To complete the install and resolve the error: 1. Right Click on the RP Import App/RE Export Wizard icon on your desktop 2. Click to “Run as Administrator” NOTE: You may need to reach out to your IT administrator for assistance if you do not have rights to “Run as Administrator”
