If the user already has the Prospect Manager Role, please confirm that the username and password are correct. Please note that the password is Case Sensitive.
If the user does NOT have the Prospect Manager Role, this role will need to be added to continue. This role may be added to the user by following the steps below:
1. Click Add.
2. Choose the magnifying glass icon.
3. Click Search and double-click on the appropriate System Role.
Note: If this step does not take place, users will not have access to perform any tasks once logged into ResearchPoint.
