Screen freezes or hangs when accessing the Financial Edge through RemoteApp on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2

When using RemoteApp on using Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2, the screen will freeze or hang when running reports or filtering reports. 
RemoteApp  is not currently compatible or supported with Financial Edge.

Alternative Solution:
Move the report parameter to the very upper left hand corner of the screen. Then set your filters and choose to preview the report. The screen should no longer freeze and you should be able to set the filters you need.
