1. Go to Administration
  2. Under the Configuration menu, go to Email Services
  3. Go to the Email Jobs tab
  4. Change the Email Job Status drop-down to "Queued Jobs" and click Apply
  5. Locate the email job (appeal mailing name) you wish to stop
    • Note: Click on the name of the job, and there you can locate and copy the full HTML of your letter, if needed
  6. Click Delete on this job
Users will now notice that the status of the Appeal Mailing (Email) no longer reflects that it is scheduled to send (email) - and users can now Edit the mailing as well, to make changes.
