This error indicates that the Lookup ID in the file may already exist in ResearchPoint and therefore is not unique and cannot be added with a new record.  To resolve this issue, please check the following:

  1. Edit the import process:  Go to Set Options, open the Other tab, set Search List Fields to Quick Find
  2. If you are importing spouses this error occurs when the spouse already exits in ResearchPoint. Remove all spousal information from the batch on the records that are receiving this error message and commit or re validate the batch.
