In order for a report to be available for TeamRaiser coordinators and event managers certain things must be true:
  • The report must be the type of TeamRaiser.
  • The report must be in the same security category as the event (created under Data Management > Report Writer > must click "Publish to Event Manager" under Actions)
  • Event Managers must have permissions to view and run reports (coordinators automatically have the option to run the reports). Permissions are granted under Event Management Settings > Event Roles.
So long as these things are true, there will be the option for the report to Publish to Event Manager and Publish to Company Coordinator.  Note that cross-event reports will not work in the Event Management Center as expected; they are automatically filtered for that specific event.
