Performance issues when logging in and navigating the database

When working in CRM, a user may experience general performance issues.  They may also receive the below errors when logging in or accessing other areas of CRM:

Error: No databases were found for site. Please contact the system administrator

Error: This operation has timed out

Notifications were causing some blocking due to being setup with Dynamic selections.  To resolve, change your Notifications to use Static selections.
