This occurs for all users on one machine, even while logged in as Supervisor

If this problem occurs after clicking the link for either Blackbaud Web Service or Blackbaud Mobile Service in the Available Services area of the Web Services Module, there could be a problem with the .dll files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\WSE folder.  You can review and compare the .dll file sizes in this folder with a working machine.

  1. Copy WSE folder from a working workstation to the server and overwrite the files
  2. If that fails, repair the server (must be done by running Setup.exe from the downloaded RE files not the deploy folder) (BB57039)
