When running the membership renewal process, you may need to make edits to member record and rerun the process. Each time this process is run, the constituent record is tagged as having received a renewal. The steps below will walk you through how to clear the process which will remove the communication from the record.
From Marketing and Communications, click Membership Renewal Efforts
On the Membership Renewal Efforts tab, highlight the process you want to remove, click Delete
Note: This requires Delete Permissions or Marketing Manager system roles.
