Error: Unable to process search request. SIDs with revision other than '1' are not supported. Parameter name: binaryForm when searching for application users when configuring prospect research requests

In the Prospect Research Request Management Configuration page (located under Configuration for each Fundraiser's prospect research page), fundraisers can manage the application users that have access to information stored on the Prospect Research Request Management page.

However, when searching for application users that need to have these permissions granted, users may receive the error:

Unable to process search request.  SIDs with revision other than '1' are not supported.  Parameter name: binaryForm
This issue is caused by bad data, and is sometimes conversion-related.  When this error occurs, it is likely that it will also happen in any other application user search in the database when searching with no filters.

The APPUSER table has a SID column.  There is at least one user that has an invalid SID (there may be multiple problem values in this field).  The SID either needs to be modified, or deleted (if it's not in use anywhere in the database).
