I have a milestone created that is achieved when a participant has raised a specified amount. I see a participant who has raised more than that specified amount but does not have the milestone.

It can take up to 30 minutes for the earning of a milestone to be visible in personal pages or pages containing top participant lists.If the milestone amount was lowered after the participant received their last gift, they may not be seen as having achieved it. This will be re-evaluated the next time the receive a gift or have a gift that was credited to them altered or refunded.
