Once a PDF receipt is generated, there isn't a way to change that specific document with the assigned receipt ID.

Whether or not you can change the information and regenerate the receipt with a new receipt ID is also dependent on how you have configured your receipt template in the Receipt Manager.
  • If your PDF Receipt has been configured to pull only from the billing information fields, then the information is directly tied to the transaction and billing information cannot be changed once it has been captured. If you need to change the billing information, you would need to refund the original transaction and re-enter the transaction with the corrected information in order for the receipt to reflect the changes in Luminate.
  • If your PDF Receipt has been configured to pull from the Constituent Information fields, you can change the information on the constituent profile and regenerate the receipt to populate the new information.
