Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Log out of the Financial Edge.
- Uninstall Aatrix.
- Reboot the workstation.
- Log back onto the workstation as a local admin.
- Log into The Financial Edge with the username Supervisor.
- Go to Payroll or Accounts Payable > Mail > Forms > and choose to run a Tax report (1099s or W-2s respectively).
- Choose to install State and Federal Tax reports and do the automatic update if you receive the prompt.
