Images may not show in the custom PDF receipt for a few different reasons. Please confirm the following:
  • That the image is a .jpg image. While PNG and GIF image files can be added they may not be read correctly by all PDF viewers.
  • That the image is uploaded to the Image Library. While links can be added in place of linking directly from the image library there can be issues with this type of linking.
  • That in the HTML section of the editor all the links are either all https or all http. https is secure and http is not. If both type of links exist in the HTML the users browser security settings may not display the images.
