1. Open your import and go to the Set Options tab
  2. Under the "Constituent Matching" sub-tab, ensure the box "Check for records that match existing constituents" is checked
    • It may be checked and grayed out if you are using the batch template settings where it's included
  3. Rerun the import

The box "Check for records that match existing constituents" must be checked for the import to check against what is currently in ResearchPoint.
If not, it will not update existing records.
