Account holder names from BBIS donation do not download into CRM batches

When donor makes a direct debit donations in BBIS without logging in, the “Name on Account” field does not downloading into CRM.  This value should be getting pulled from the BBIS field “Account holder’s name."
If donor is logged in to BBIS and makes a donation, then the "Name on Account’" will download successfully into CRM.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
