Make sure the receipt printer is configured for printing on the workstation first, and then follow these steps:
  1. Go to Tickets
  2. Go to Print Setup
  3. Go to Sales Documents
  4. Edit your primary Ticket template
  5. Change the Printer List to be the same one that contains your Receipt printers
  6. Save
You may need to configure a setting on your printer. This example is on an Epson TMT88IV.
  1. Go to Start > Printers and Devices
  2. Right click the receipt printer and choose Printing Preferences
  3. You should then see the following setting:
