Credit card payments are processed and committed with no authorization codes or rejection information

When credit cards are processed in CRM, they are automatically assigned an authorization or rejection code based on whether or not the transaction was processed successfully or not.  However, in some instances, credit card payments are processed but not assigned authorization codes or rejection information, and then committed successfully.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
