The same unlock code will be generated regardless if version 7.82 or 7.84 is selected in the Version dropdown in the Unlock Code Generator. If your product is on version 7.84, try selecting version 7.82 in the Version dropdown, and generate the unlock code. If on version 7.82, try selecting version 7.84 in the Version dropdown, and generate the unlock code.

If the error persists:

If the product or module being unlocked was purchased on the same day that the unlock code for it is trying to be generated, wait 24 hours from the official purchase to unlock the product or module. Most sales processing takes up to 24 hours to fully process before the code can be created.
