This error typically arises due to issues with the text that has been entered into the Login section of Website Features for the messages that supporters can post to Facebook, Twitter, etc.  If text has been placed into these areas due to copying and pasting from outside of Sphere, or from being entered manually using an incompatible browser, certain characters can be rendered that cannot be properly translated by the third-party program we use for the Social Sharing feature.

Verify that apostrophes or other characters are manually entered using Internet Explorer to help ensure proper translation through this feature.

This can be accessed by doing the following:

1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
2. Hover over your event and click Website Info
3. Click Website Features
4. Scroll down to the Login section
5. Manually edit the text that appears in the customized text sections
6. Click Save
7. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
