Address validation when using Add an individual" causes the address to be listed twice on the spouses record"

In the Constituents functional area, users can “Add an individual” and also validate their address.  On the Household tab of the “Add an individual form," users can add a Spouse and select the option to “Copy Individual’s primary contact information to the household."  However, after validating the individual address and saving with this configuration, the address will appear twice on the Spouse’s Contact tab. This does not occur if users do not validate the address prior to saving.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
