Error: TimeOutSeconds cannot exceed 180 when opening a batch

If the WebShell.DefaultClientAppInfoTimeoutSeconds appSettings value in the web.config file is set to a value higher than 180 the system will throw the following error when attempting to open a batch:
Error:  TimeOutSeconds cannot exceed 180
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

 2.94.1524, patch 45
