Error: An unknown error occurred during the request.- when viewing History tab of a Revenue record

Users can view the History for any revenue record under the "More information" section.  However, for some records, when users attempt to view the History, they receive one of the messages below:

An unknown error occurred during the request. This could indicate a request to an invalid endpoint or a problem with the web server configuration. (Web Shell)

The list could not be loaded. The operation has timed out. (Smart Client)

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
