How to add a payment method into a deposit template

After entering a new payment method, you may notice it does not show up when creating deposits. You may want to create a new deposit template for a new payment method. This solution explains how to add your payment method into a deposit template, so that the new payment method will show when creating deposits.
  1. In Financials, click on Review Deposits.
  2. Click on the Deposit Templates tab.
  3. Either add a new deposit template with this payment method, or click on an existing deposit template and click Edit.
  4. In the payment methods section, click on the Select payment methods binocular and mark off any payment methods to add to this deposit template.
  5. Click OK, then click Save.
