The same constituent appears multiple times in the Who else should be included on this membership?" section of the membership renewal form"

When renewing an existing membership, users may notice the same constituent appears multiple times in the "Who else should be included on this membership?" section of the membership renewal form. This occurs when the constituent has multiple relationships with the primary member. The constituent will appear multiple times, once for each relationship they have with the primary member. The values in the Name and Lookup ID columns are identical for each listing, however the value in the Relation column is different for each row in the "Who else should be included on this membership?" section of the renewal form. If the user attempts to save the membership renewal without removing one of the duplicate listings, the following warning message appears. 
    
     Date could not be saved.
     BBERR_DUPLICATEMEMBER

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternative Solution / Possible Workaround:
Manually remove the duplicate listing by highlighting the row and clicking Remove.
