Error: Data could not be saved. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression - when adding a pledge

In Revenue, when attempting to "Add a Pledge" as an annual installment and clicking Save, users may receive the error:

Data could not be saved. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
