1. Go to Marketing and Communications, open your appeal mailing.
  2. Go to the Letters tab.
  3. Click Edit to open the letter.
  4. Click Next
  5. Click Finish and Close
  6. It will give the following message about deleting the history of the mailing on constituent records: When you edit an activated mailing, it no longer appears in the history of its recipients.  To retain the mailing in recipients' history, copy the mailing and edit the new mailing as necessary.  Are you sure you want to edit the mailing?
  7. Click Yes
Note: This will remove the history of this appeal mailing on the constituents' records that received the mailing.
