To view the message reports for schedules emails, do the following:
  1. Login to Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Click Email > Templates
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the template that was used to create the scheduled email
  4. Click the Messages tab
  5. Click the message report icon (the icon looks like a bar graph)

You will be able to see the message report within this tab just like any other email message sent from Blackbaud NetCommunity.
