The Online Admission form submission contains data that, when processed, will cause the creation of an Applicant record that the processing Education Edge user account does not have permission to view.

To resolve the error message: 

  1. Review the Applicant Security tab settings for the Education Edge user account
  2. Compare the restrictions from those settings with the form data on the affected Online Admissions form submission
  3. Either edit the form's Adjusted Values OR the user account's Applicant Security tab settings so that the user account will have permission to view the Applicant record that is created by processing the form.

Alternate solution:  Allow the Education Edge user account to access all Applicant records

Please note: The edited user account must exit and sign out and then log back in to The Education Edge before any saved security changes will take effect.
