Unresponsive script error when configuring event in event registration form

When adding an event from the Raiser's Edge to the New Event Registration form, unrepsonsive script error is received:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.  You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Runtime errors are encountered when attempting to configure price levels for the new Event Registration part.
When there are a large number of price levels combined with a large number of attributes, the new event registration part can result in run time errors when editing and configuring the part.
 
The following RunTime Errors may be present in the error log:
