Address type is removed from an address when choosing to save old addresses" and not selecting an address type during an AddressFinder update in CRM"

When updating records with AddressFinder, there is an option to save the old address. When doing this, a type needs to be selected. If no type is selected, the address type will be blank on the saved former address.

There is no option to retain the existing type for this former address.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Work Around:

Export the address types before updating. After the update, the types can be imported back in.

Or

Create a selection of only one address type at a time. Submit this selection and choose the existing address type when updating.
