This can occur for a few reasons where the recipient list is less than the number imported –
a) Phone numbers in the CSV file are not for mobile phones or are incomplete mobile numbers
b) Duplicate records in the CSV file
c) The numbers have previously been present in Blackbaud Mobile but included in the STOP list, where the constituents have sent a STOP request to be removed from recipient lists.
