If you do not receive the password reset email after clicking 'Forgot your user name or password?' your email address may not have been associated with your ResearchPoint username.

If you never receive the email, have not associated an email with the username, or the link does not work:

  1.  Have a user with Prospect Manager rights sign into ResearchPoint, click on the Administration section and choose "Organizational Units" (in the Configuration section).
  2.  Select the drop-down arrows by the user in question. Click 'Reset Password'.
If you do not know who your Prospect Manager is or you are the only Prospect Manager user:

*Once you login successfully you can click on you user name to reset your email address for future password resets or check that the email is correct.
