If you never receive the email, have not associated an email with the username, or the link does not work:
- Have a user with Prospect Manager rights sign into ResearchPoint, click on the Administration section and choose "Organizational Units" (in the Configuration section).
- Select the drop-down arrows by the user in question. Click 'Reset Password'.
