This error message is received when the password you are trying set does not meet the Citrix password security requirements.  Please review these requirements below and attempt to change your password again:


Please note that passwords are Case Sensitive:
  1. Must be at least 8 characters in length
  2. Cannot be any of the user's previous 24 passwords
  3. Cannot contain a hyphens
  4. Cannot contain all or part of the user's first name, last name, or account name
  5. They must contain characters from three of the four following categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (e.g. $, #, %)
